Receipts donors actually keep
The receipt is your first thank-you — and for many donors, documentation they'll want later. Donor Merchant sends one automatically the moment a payment completes (including each recurring renewal), and never sends duplicates.
Customize the subject and body with simple placeholders:

Admin notifications with everything you need
Each completed gift also emails you (toggle it off any time): donor, amount, frequency, payment method, transaction reference — plus tribute details and the donor's personal note when present, so acknowledgments never slip.
Deliverability tipWordPress mail is only as reliable as your host. If receipts land in spam, install any SMTP plugin (WP Mail SMTP, FluentSMTP) and Donor Merchant's emails will ride along automatically — no extra configuration.
