The moment a donation completes, Donor Merchant files it: new supporters get a donor record, returning supporters (matched by email) get their record updated and their history extended. You never enter data by hand.

The Donors and Donations screens work like the WordPress tables you already know: search by name, email, or transaction ID; filter donations by status (completed, pending, failed, refunded); sort by amount, date, or lifetime total.

One click exports donors or donations to CSV — ready for Excel, Google Sheets, your mail platform, or a full CRM when you grow into one. It's your data; the export button proves it.
Privacy-respecting by design
Donor records live in your WordPress database — not on a third-party platform. Deleting a donor removes their donation history with them, which makes honoring data-deletion requests straightforward.
